Welcome to Absolute HCBS, LLC
Absolute HCBS LLC was started with a few things
in mind:
1 - Customer service. We know that we are
nothing without our consumers. We will make
every effort to accommodate the needs of
each and every one of our consumers at all
times ~ that's a promise.
2 - A great place to work. We also know that
the men and women who provide the services
to our valued consumers are the backbone of
our agency. We deeply value their service and
dedication and we reward them for their
efforts. Our providers are paid top dollar
(currently $12.40 per hour for Habilitation,
$10.00 per hour for Respite and $10.20 per
hour forAttendant Care) and treated with
courtesy and honesty at all times.
3 - Providing a valuable service. Our agency
intends to provide a valuable service to the
individuals with developmental disabilities in
Arizona. We understand the importance of
these services in the lives of our consumers
and their families. Services are delivered on a
personal and individualized approach with
detailed strategies and a strong emphasis
Positive Behavior Support in place to help
these individuals grow and mature. We hope
that our consumers will be able to live with as
much dignity and independence as possible
and we feel privileged to be a part of their
lives.
